We are seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our Insurance Practice Group in Birmingham, AL. This is an exciting growth opportunity as we continue to expand our associate ranks.

• Manage a variety of litigation matters in the insurance and transportation sectors.
• Handle court appearances, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and support in insurance-related disputes.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop and execute case strategies.

• 1–4 years of experience in general litigation, transportation, and insurance law.
• Demonstrated potential as an effective courtroom advocate.
• Strong time-management, organizational, and efficiency skills.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.
