Salary: DOE 40k-50k
A busy law firm is looking for a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of property transactions. You will provide specialist advice, handle matters from instruction to completion, and maintain direct client communication. This firm provides a wide range of legal services to clients across various sectors. With a strong focus on professionalism, client service, and expertise, the firm offers opportunities for solicitors to develop their skills and manage diverse and interesting caseloads.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and purchases of commercial property and land
- Commercial leases (landlord & tenant)
- Mortgages, re‑mortgages, and property auctions
- Option agreements and business acquisitions
- Qualified Solicitor with commercial property experience 1-3 PQE
- Strong client communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, detail‑oriented approach
