Commercial Property Senior Associate; PQE

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Senior Associate to join a highly regarded and long-established Commercial Property team based in Birmingham.

This role is aimed at a UK-qualified solicitor with 7+ years' PQE, who is looking to take the next step in their career as part of the firm's long-term succession planning. The successful candidate will join a well-structured, supportive team with a strong reputation in the market and a high-quality, varied caseload.

• Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development projects, and investment work
• Working closely with partners and senior colleagues within an established and collaborative team
• Playing a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued success of the department
• Supporting business development initiatives and helping to strengthen existing client relationships

• UK-qualified Solicitor with 7+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
• Strong technical expertise combined with commercial awareness
• No client following required, although any existing connections or relationships would be welcomed
• Ambitious, personable, and keen to be part of a clear succession and growth strategy
