Role Overview:We are seeking compassionate and reliableMinibus Driversto transport vulnerable individuals, including those who are blind or disabled, to and from aday centreand supported living facilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in your community.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive aminibusto transport individuals to and from the day centre.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Follow scheduled routes and maintain punctuality for daily shifts:
  • Morning Shift:7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
  • Afternoon Shift:2:30 PM – 5:00/5:30 PM
• Perform vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.
• Build positive relationships with passengers, fostering a supportive and caring environment.

• Category D licence(essential).
• Experience driving minibuses or similar vehicles.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals.
