Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Duct & Deep Cleaner to join our Birmingham team. The successful candidate will carry out ductwork cleaning and ventilation hygiene services, but also deep cleaning to void properties ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
 
Carry out ductwork cleaning, ventilation system cleaning, and filter replacements.
Conduct inspections and testing of ventilation systems in line with industry standards (e.g., TR19).
Deep cleans of void properties – carpet cleaning, removal of furniture, commercial deep clean
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Complete reports and documentation accurately for each job.
Work as part of a team to deliver both planned and reactive maintenance services.  Requirements
 
Previous experience in duct cleaning, ventilation hygiene, or a similar role (preferred but not essential as training can be provided).
Knowledge of TR19 regulations and best practices in ventilation hygiene (desirable).
Full UK driving licence.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to health and safety.
Flexibility to travel and participate in on-call rota.
