Gas Engineer

Position: Gas Engineer (Contract)
Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with Midland Heart Housing Association.

Commitment:
Ideally 5 days per week - Minimum of set 3 days per week

Payment terms:
Weekly one week in arrears.
Rates:
* £23.48 per landlord gas safety check
* £30.44 per completed repair

Requirements:

* 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer

* ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)

* Panel Van (plain or sign written)

* Gas Safe Registration

* Clean DBS Check

* No more than 6 points on Driving Licence

* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
* £2m Public Liability Insurance

* No unspent criminal convictions
