A leading facilities management company in Birmingham is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance tasks and manage the Fabric Tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabric and maintenance, experience in facilities management, and a solid understanding of health and safety obligations. This full-time role requires excellent communication and organizational skills. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with an on-call schedule available.
