About the Role

Daily working days and hours:
No fixed days/hours (can be early or night shifts if needed).

Hourly Rate: £12.21

Atlas FM are looking to recruit new team members!

• Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and seamlessly meeting the needs of Atlas’ clients.
• Complete induction at the start of your contract, receiving training within your first week of work, learning how to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• Provide a high standard of customer care through your focus across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training will be provided).
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

We are looking for candidates who are excited about making a difference, have a positive and friendly attitude, and are local to the area.

• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• A right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).

All you need is an attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (although we can fully train you from scratch if you match our positive and thoughtful approach).

• We require all employees to have a basic level of spoken English for safety communication and confidence communicating with members of the public and the management team at our client’s site.
