• Deliver prestige roadside support for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles, using manufacturer‑specific tools and diagnostics
• Take complete ownership of the customer experience, from arrival to completion of the repair
• Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction every time
• Handle a mix of warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs
• Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped JLR van, tools, and uniform
• Work 40 hours/week – flexible shift range from 7 am to 9 pm, with standby hours as required

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Confident, independent, and customer‑focused
• Holds a full UK Category B licence (max 6 points)

• A competitive base salary of £37,155, with realistic OTE of £50,000+, designed to reward dedication and skill in a high‑performing team
