Role Overview

This is a vital role within the business, helping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across front-of-house, back-of-house, and staff areas throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. The role you will be responsible for ensuring the venue remains clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff at all times.

• Cleaning dining areas, staff facilities, toilets, and back-of-house areas as required
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
• Emptying bins and managing waste disposal correctly
• Following cleaning schedules, COSHH, HACCP, and health & safety procedures
• Supporting deep cleans and pre/post-service resets
• Reporting maintenance or hygiene issues promptly to management

• Reliable, punctual, and consistent in your work
• High attention to detail with pride in maintaining clean environments
• Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for long periods
• Able to follow instructions, schedules, and safety procedures
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and busy periods

• Right to work in the UK
• Up to £32,000 salary
