Caretaker – EQUANS

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team working in the Coleshill Office, Birmingham (B46 1JU
). This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The role offers a salary of £25,000 – £25,700 per annum and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Deliver caretaking/cleaning services for designated schools within the Birmingham Schools portfolio.
• Establish a close working relationship with the school and community groups.
• Ensure all services are provided to a consistently high standard in accordance with the requirements of the Project Agreement.

• Relevant continuous working experience providing FM services, including cleaning and basic maintenance of buildings and associated plant and systems. (Essential)
• Experience of producing risk assessments & method statements. (Essential)
• Experience of cleaning and caretaking management within an educational environment. (Desirable)
