* Work closely with the Responsible Individual and Director to build a service that promotes positive outcomes for children.
* Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans and risk assessments tailored to each child’s needs.
* Ensure robust safeguarding practices are in place, keeping children safe at all times.

* Full UK driving licence.
What We Offer

* The chance to lead a newly registered home and shape its culture and success from the outset.
* Support from a Director with a medical background who understands the importance of safeguarding and changing lives.
* Guidance and mentoring from a Responsible Individual with years of successful Ofsted experience.
* Ongoing training and development opportunities.
* The opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children in care
