A well-established, family-run Mechanical & Electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the delivery of mechanical packages on commercial and industrial projects.

The business delivers projects nationwide, with values typically up to £5 million, working across sectors such as commercial offices, education, healthcare, and industrial facilities.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of mechanical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing mechanical site activities from start to completion

* Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors on site

* Planning and managing programmes and site logistics

* Ensuring works are delivered to drawings and specifications

* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance

* Attending site meetings and liaising with main contractors and consultants

* Managing quality checks, snagging, and commissioning support

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor

* Strong background in mechanical building services

* Experience on commercial and/or industrial projects

* Ability to manage multiple trades and interfaces

* SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)

* CSCS card (essential)

* Strong leadership and communication skills
