A well-established, family-run Mechanical & Electrical contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their delivery team.

The business delivers commercial and industrial building services projects across the Midlands, working on a mix of refurbishments and new-build schemes, with project values typically ranging from £500k to £5m.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-start through to final handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing mechanical projects from pre-construction to completion

* Planning programmes, labour, and procurement

* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Managing cost control, variations, and progress reporting

* Ensuring compliance with H&S, quality, and technical standards

* Attending client and site meetings and managing key stakeholders

* Supporting commissioning, snagging, and handover

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services

* Background delivering commercial and/or industrial projects

* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services

* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* SMSTS / CSCS (preferred)

* Full UK driving licence
