An expanding, purpose-led organisation in the renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced and passionate Sustainability Manager to lead their ESG agenda and drive measurable change across the business.

In this exciting position, you will shape and deliver strategies that position the company as a sustainability leader, embed best practice into operations, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

• Lead and develop a high-performing Sustainability team.
• Deliver ESG strategies and initiatives aligned with commitments such as SDGs, SBTi, and Net Zero.
• Oversee sustainability reporting, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Monitor market trends, legislation, and frameworks to inform strategic decisions.
• Champion sustainability internally and externally, engaging stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure accurate, transparent sustainability communications in line with industry guidelines.

• Degree or professional qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or related field.
• Proven track record in delivering sustainability/ESG strategy and reporting at a senior level.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercially astute with the ability to translate insight into action.
• Passion for renewable energy and driving meaningful change.
