Maintenance Manager duties and responsibilities
- Develop business structure for internal management
- Develop marketing plan and strategy
- Supervising all workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices and maintain schedule
- Scheduling contractors and make sure the work delivered accordingly with standard quality
- Discussing maintenance concerns with the employer and communicating these to Maintenance Workers and find solution
- Developing maintenance budgets hiring maintenance crew and negotiating vendor contracts.
- Controlling and monitoring inventory
- Coordinating work performed by outside vendors
- Monitoring all other stuff performanmce
- Find problem solving solution on site and consult with management.
