As we continue to evolve and grow, we’re looking for an experienced Estates Manager to play a key role in maximising the value, performance and compliance of our property portfolio.
This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role, ideal for someone with strong experience in lease management, landlord and tenant matters, and property negotiations, who enjoys working at pace in a multi‑site environment.
The RoleAs Estates Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse property portfolio, working closely with Finance, Property, Health & Safety and Operations teams to ensure our estates are compliant, efficient and commercially optimised.
You’ll be a trusted point of contact for property‑related matters, supporting both head office stakeholders and restaurant teams, while helping to drive value through effective lease management and strategic decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate lease data, contracts and legal documentation across a 100+ site portfolio
- Support Finance with rent, service charge, rates and insurance approvals
- Lead landlord and tenant liaison, including lease renewals, variations and terminations
- Support new site acquisitions, negotiations and Heads of Terms documentation
- Ensure all sites meet legal, regulatory, environmental, health & safety and compliance standards
- Work closely with Access Group to manage legal compliance and PPM schedules
- Manage rates schedules and coordinate payments
- Act as an escalation point for property‑related queries from restaurant managers
- Support refurbishments and new openings to ensure full legal and operational compliance
- Liaise with local authorities and external partners as required
- Support the Commercial Director with procurement of equipment and maintenance partners
- Provide out‑of‑hours support for emergency estate issues on a rota basis
- Proven experience in estates or property management, ideally within a multi‑site or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of lease management and landlord & tenant matters
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to influence and collaborate across teams
- Highly organised, comfortable managing complex data and multiple priorities
