We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Group Chef Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations in CH&CO on a full‑time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Please note:
This role is contracted to 46.6 weeks per year.
- Monitor, control financial performance and maintain costs within the budgeted targets, ensuring all ordering and stock are within budget.
- Manage multiple sites within your area.
- Establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels within the Company and the Client organisations.
- Ensure that the Company and Client standards are met and financial targets are achieved through administration, compliance and reporting procedures.
- Monitor and support your team, recognise training needs and potential as appropriate.
- Hold team meetings on a regular basis to communicate targets and achievements.
- Work closely with your Operations Manager to prepare budgets and achieve and maintain the food cost in accordance with the budget.
- Develop and evolve all client’s services at locations, ensuring regular adjustments and improvements are both recommended and implemented.
- Comply with Company and statutory policies, procedures and regulations.
- Good Chef skills (essential)
- Strong knowledge and experience of working with food
- People management experience
- Results orientation
- Proven experience managing successful teams remotely
- Multi‑site operational experience in a similar role
- Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
- Track record of growing sales and retaining business
- Food service or similar background
- Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
- Chef background
