Job Description

We’re excited to be working with a progressive, nationally recognised law firm to find a Senior Change & Innovation Advisor. This role offers the chance to shape the way a major organisation delivers transformation, while working at the heart of projects that have real business impact.

You’ll be joining a highly respected change and innovation team who lead on some of the firm’s most important programmes. This is a role where your ideas and leadership will make a visible difference.

• Taking ownership of your own projects, while also driving key elements of larger programmes
• Working closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver change
• Coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues to help them grow
• Spotting opportunities to improve ways of working and introducing smarter, more efficient approaches
• Acting as a trusted advisor on how best to deliver transformation

We’re looking for someone who brings :

• Solid experience delivering change and transformation projects, ideally within professional services
• A good grasp of project management and change management practices
• A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is highly desirable
