Building Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Building Manager to oversee the smooth running of a commercial site in Birmingham. The successful candidate will take responsibility for ensuring the building is safe, well-maintained and compliant, while delivering an excellent level of service to all tenants.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

• Conduct regular building inspections to ensure standards are maintained
• Carry out routine health & safety checks and accurately record findings in the system / logbook
• Report and elevate any maintenance or repair issues promptly
• Deliver professional and courteous customer service to all tenants
• Ensure all complaints are handled efficiently and resolved in a timely manner

• Previous experience in building management or a similar facilities role
• Strong understanding of health & safety processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
