My client is a well-established engineering business with over 25 years of experience in the design, manufacture, and machining of bespoke and advanced technical components. They are now seeking a skilled CNC Miller with Mazak Programming to join their team at their modern facility.

The Role – CNC Programmer:
 
Online programming using Mazatrol.  
Setting and operating 5-axis and 3-axis Mazak milling machines
Producing high-precision technical components to strict specifications
Setting tools, monitoring production processes, and performing in-process quality checks
Ensuring adherence to technical drawings and production standards
Carrying out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues
Working as part of a skilled team to deliver high-quality output  
Minimum Skills / Experience Required – CNC Mazak Programmer:
 
Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating 5-axis Mazak milling machines.

Experience with Mazak/Mazatrol machines/programs.  
Proficiency in tool setting and quality control
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret engineering drawings
Technical certification or equivalent experience in precision machining
Experience in machining ceramics or metals to fine tolerances
