We are currently recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a well‑established manufacturing company based in Birmingham. This is a temp-perm position
The Role:Working within a busy production environment, your duties will include:
- Assembling precision mechanical equipment
- Occasional basic electrical work
- Picking and packing components and finished products
- Carrying out occasional refurbishing and rework tasks
- Following assembly instructions and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is desirable
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Willingness to assist with varied tasks as required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Offer:
- £12.65 per hour
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Staff parking available on site
- On‑site canteen facilities
- Opportunity for overtime
