General Operative - Birmingham
£12.21 per hour |

Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:00 | Friday 08:00-13:00 (early finish!)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking General Operative to join our team in Birmingham this January. This hands‑on role supports daily production and assembly tasks to ensure our products are manufactured to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities- 🏭 Assist with manufacturing, assembly, and general production duties
- 🔨 Operate tools and equipment safely
- 🧼 Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work environment
- 🤝 Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team to meet targets
- 🧰 Previous experience in a similar hands‑on or production role
- 👀 Strong attention to detail and efficient working style
- 💪 Good reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
