• Ensure the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, clients and ourselves
• Highly organised with a focus on forward planning
• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
• Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
• Be a skilled multitasker
• An early riser as shifts can start at 6am some days
• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
