Location: Marston Green
Contract: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (6:00 am–2:00 pm, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, 10:00 pm–6:00 am). Must be able to work all 3 shifts on a rotating basis.

• Set up, operate, and monitor a Masterfold gluing machine to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Carry out machine adjustments to meet job specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues, escalating faults where necessary.
• Ensure production targets are met while minimising waste and downtime.
• Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with other machine operatives and production staff.
• Complete basic production and quality documentation as required.

• Previous experience operating a Masterfold machine within the corrugated cardboard or packaging industry is preferred.
• Experience operating similar high-speed production or converting machinery is encouraged.
• Strong mechanical awareness and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working on a rotating 3‑shift pattern.
