A Birmingham-based sports property is seeking a Partnerships Manager to deliver best-in-class partnerships within one of the UK’s fastest-growing sports properties.

The organisation operates at the heart of sport in the city with strong national reach, major broadcast exposure, and ambitious commercial growth plans. With partners spanning national and global brands, the focus now is on elevating delivery, deepening relationships, and driving long-term value.

They’re looking for a partnership-led professional with strong account management experience, creative thinking, and the confidence to own high-profile brand relationships end to end.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING //
  • Owning the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of commercial partnerships.
  • Acting as the strategic lead for partners, ensuring rights delivery aligns with brand objectives and KPIs.
  • Developing and managing activation plans, reporting structures, and regular partner communications.
  • Building trusted relationships across all seniority levels, from brand managers to board-level stakeholders.
  • Working closely with internal teams to bring partnerships to life across marketing, events, content, and community.
  • Creating insight-led reports and case studies to demonstrate impact and value.
  • Supporting contract renewals and collaborating with sales colleagues on future opportunities.
  • Contributing ideas to improve partnership innovation and activation across the wider business.
THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU NEED //
  • Proven experience delivering partnerships for a rights holder or agency within elite sport.
  • A track record of managing national or global brand relationships.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • A proactive, accountable mindset with high standards of delivery.
  • Creative thinking paired with commercial awareness.
  • A genuine interest in sport, fan engagement, and brand storytelling.
