A local parish in Birmingham is seeking a Vicar to lead its ministry and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of ordained ministry experience and be capable of empowering others in their ministry. Responsibilities include building on the parish growth agenda and engaging with the community. The Vicar will be expected to manage resources effectively and contribute to the life of the deanery.
This role requires a good communicator who is a person of prayer and pastoral care.
