Adult Nurse Manager

Due to continued growth, they’re now seeking an Adult Nurse Manager to join their team in Birmingham, supporting clients across neighbouring counties with a salary up to £45,000 a year and excellent benefits!

As Adult Nurse Manager, you’ll combine clinical expertise with leadership, supporting adults with complex conditions such as tracheostomies, ventilators, spinal injuries, and neurological conditions.

• Creating and reviewing tailored care plans for each client
• Providing hands‑on clinical support and training for care teams
• Conducting client assessments and monitoring ongoing needs
• Working closely with families, community teams, and commissioners
• Leading by example to promote the highest standards of care

• Registered General Nurse (Adult) with an active NMC PIN
• Recent tracheostomy and ventilator experience (within the last 2 years)
• Confident leader who can mentor and develop HCAs
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
