Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Quality Manager to lead our manufacturing quality function and ensure our products consistently meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership and a passion for continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Control team, Quality systems, driving compliance, and fostering a culture of quality across the organization.

What will you be doing?

As Quality Manager, you will:

  • Lead the quality function
    :
    Manage the Quality Control team and assurance activities across the manufacturing site, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Maintain and improve quality systems
    :
    Oversee the Quality Management System to ISO 9001, internal audits, and document control processes.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
    :
    Monitor adherence to industry regulations (e.g., REACH, ISO, GMP) and support external audits and inspections.
  • Drive root cause analysis and CAPAs
    :
    Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
    :
    Work with Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor performance
    :
    Track and report on quality KPIs, trends, and improvement initiatives.
  • Support customer satisfaction
    :
    Address customer complaints, ensure timely resolution, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Promote continuous improvement
    :
    Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance product and process quality.
