• Prepare valuation reports for financing, acquisition, disposal, and financial reporting.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support valuation conclusions.
• Inspect industrial and logistics properties to gather key information.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate on complex valuation projects with senior team members.
• Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes.
• Use Argus Enterprise and other tools for financial modelling and DCF analysis.
• Support business development and assist with proposals and presentations.

• Degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Registered Valuer with experience in commercial property valuation (industrial/logistics preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ideally experienced with Argus Enterprise and familiar with Argus Developer.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
