Research Support Officer; Grade 6 and Research Development Officer; Grade 7

We’re recruiting for two key roles:

Research Support Officer (Grade
6) –

If you thrive on detail and collaboration, this role is for you. You will provide hands‑on support to researchers across the full lifecycle of research proposals – from costing and compliance to submission and award set‑up. Your work will help secure funding from major bodies like UKRI, NIHR, charities, and Horizon Europe, ensuring projects launch smoothly and successfully.

Research Development Officer (Grade
7) –

Ready to take research support to the next level? As a Research Development Officer, you will lead on developing high‑quality bids, negotiating agreements, and building partnerships. You will advise on strategy, compliance, and risk, and play a pivotal role in shaping large‑scale, collaborative proposals that drive innovation and impact.
