San Carlo Restaurant Group are hiring a Junior Sous Chef!

Key Responsibilities :
  • Open your section and ensure you are ready for service
  • Ability to run several sections
  • Prepare dishes in line with company specs at all times
  • Strive to meet ticket times and communicate effectively where you are unable to.
  • Support the Senior Chef on duty to ensure a smooth service
  • Prep food in line with prep lists
  • Close down / hand over section clean and tidy with full prep list written
  • Always be health and safety, and food safety Compliant, following all procedures and policies in every aspect
  • Undertaking any reasonable management requests
  • Treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times
Required Qualifications & Experience :
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
  • A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
