Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, the Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving floor performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
- Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
- In addition, during peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Education – High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Retail Experience – At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience – No supervisory/management experience required.
- Customer Focus, Communication, Interpersonal Interaction, Fashion Trend Knowledge, Outgoing, Assertiveness, Adaptability/Flexibility & Stress Tolerance, Poise & Ambition, Multi‑Tasking, Applied Learning, Work Ethic, Omni Channel Services.
