As one of our highly skilled fragrance specialists you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers.

• Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience to educate and delight customers.
• Work as part of a high performing team to create impact through in-store events.
• Ensure the store consistently achieves high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.
• Support the purchase and inventory control processes to maintain retail standards.
• Respond to customers’ needs with genuine interest, providing inspirational and authentic service.
• Work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.

• While previous retail or makeup experience is preferred, applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are welcome.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Prior experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
