Position: GSP Channel Sales Manager (Entry Level)

** an energetic and motivated
** Channel Account Manager
** to join our Service Provider account team who thrives in a fast-paced, cutting-edge, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for the day-to-day pre and post of Ring Central’s Unified and Contact Centre Sales through the carrier partnership and you will be located in Germany to help drive and generate new sales. Additionally, you will develop a strong understanding of key differentiators, internal/external systems, sales methodologies and processes.

You will also be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to improve our service and drive new business initiatives to increase partner success and productivity.

* Job Responsibilities:

*** Learn the Ring Central service capability for the Service Provider to a high technical and sales degree (i.e. To the degree you will be able to train others within the Service Provider and also independently support overlay sales opportunities throughout the sales cycle).
* Support partners on UCaaS & Contact Centre Sales Deals
* Develop and expand seller relationships within the Service Provider for their enablement capability to effectively sell Ring Central services.
* Create strategy for driving sellers within the Service Provider to creating qualified pipeline opportunities
* Train Service Providers on product, process and solution in accordance with Service provider and Ring Central best practices.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create programs and initiatives to drive better awareness of all Ring Central solutions within your territory
* Provide day-to-day support for Service Provider to help them sell, implement and support Ring Central’s services.
* Assist Service Providers with quotes, proposals, and Statements of Work for Ring Central services.
* Learn key competitor strategies and solutions, along with market knowledge and industry data to show thought leadership to the Service Provider
* Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with customer implementation and support
* Understand Service providers business, processes, and governance, ensuring compliance with all required supplier policies
* Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with Service Provider.
* Work as one; help enable and assist other Service Provider sales overlay team members.
* Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for carrier Partners.
* Serve as internal Service Provider advocate to optimise external Ring Central team support
* Participation in industry events such as trade shows and seminars where required.
* Exceed revenue objectives
* Ability to travel up to 75%
