Responsibilities
  • Drive account growth and compliance – plan and oversee account servicing, monitor profitability, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Lead business development initiatives – collaborate with regional and global teams to identify new opportunities, contribute to tenders, and support Aon’s overall revenue growth and client retention.
  • Strengthen client relationships – build strategic partnerships with clients, implement retention strategies, and proactively engage on risk management and other Aon solutions.
  • Champion marketing and brand presence – participate in marketing activities, public speaking, and industry events to enhance Aon’s profile within the business community.
  • Foster team culture and development – promote a growth mindset, encourage innovation, and maintain a positive, customer‑focused team environment.
  • Collaborate across stakeholders – maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, wider Aon colleagues, and insurers to deliver seamless service and growth outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Client relationship management & business development – deep experience building partnerships with mid‑market and large corporate clients while driving growth opportunities.
  • Commercial & insurance expertise – comprehensive knowledge of market forces, business drivers, insurance technical knowledge, and risk issues.
  • Leadership & negotiation skills – strong negotiation capabilities and the ability to lead teams effectively and influence outcomes.
  • Strategic problem‑solving & continuous improvement – tackle complex challenges with innovative solutions and a commitment to ongoing enhancement.
  • Industry knowledge & market insight – awareness of sector trends, insurance market dynamics, and key players.
