You’ll work closely with our Commercial Coordinator, who focuses on revenue and pricing, while you lead the charge on sales activity and market presence.

ResponsibilitiesLead the hotel’s sales function and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key corporate, group, and event clients.
Represent the hotel in the market, attending networking events and engaging with guests at evening socials.
Collaborate with the Commercial Coordinator to align sales activity with pricing and revenue strategy.
Develop and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
QualificationsExperience in a commercial or deputy sales role within the hospitality industry.
Resilience, confidence, and a proactive approach to networking.
Marketing awareness, with the ability to create engaging content that tells the story of Staybridge Suites Birmingham.
Proven track record of building relationships and driving results in a sales environment.
