Sales & Revenue Manager Hotel
Location:
Solihull, West Midlands
Salary: £37,000 per annum
Contract:
Full-time, permanent
Own room revenue, OTAs and conference & events (C&E) sales. Turn data into prices that sell and enquiries into confirmed bookings.
What Youll Do- Set pricing and yield; manage inventory to hit revenue targets
- Own OTA performance (, Expedia, Agoda): content, rates, parity, promotions
- Analyse demand and competitor set; recommend actions to grow ADR and RevPAR
- Build relationships with OTA account managers secure visibility and deals
- Lead C&E sales: handle enquiries, write proposals, negotiate and convert; hand over cleanly to operations
- Produce weekly/monthly revenue and events reports with clear insights and next steps
- Align activity with marketing, reservations and F&B
- OTA management: parity control, visibility levers, mobile/member promos, content quality
