You’ll have responsibility from day one and be a part of a team where your opinions matter.

On joining, you will be assigned to start in one of the following roles. As your career progresses, there will be opportunity to rotate across these roles to support with your development of a broad set of skills and exposure to different parts of the business.

Programme Management Office (PMO) Project Analyst – You will support the smooth running of end-to-end projects across the following areas:

• Monitoring, control and management of project finances
• Resource management including capacity planning, utilisation and on/off boarding
• Risks and issues
• Change management
• Project planning
• Process improvements
• Communications management

In addition to your degree apprenticeship, you will receive role-based training and coaching to ensure technical growth that kickstarts your career and sets you up for #Get The Future You Want   will also be offered the opportunity to train towards professional certification.

To be eligible, you need:

7 GCSEs including Maths and English grades 4-9

Plus, one of the following:

• 3 A*-C at A-level (
  
  NOTE:
  
  AS Levels are not included)
• Completed Advanced Apprenticeship
• BTEC (Pass, Pass, Distinction minimum)

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back 3 continuous years, and unspent criminal record check (known as Disclosure and Barring Service).

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.

Security Check (SC) Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.

To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.

Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.

Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
