Provide professional leadership, supervision, and guidance to practitioners in the Family Help Team

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions that improve outcomes for children and families.

Manage a small, focused caseload of complex or high-risk cases, demonstrating best practice.

Offer reflective supervision and coaching to practitioners to build confidence and promote learning.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver coordinated and effective support.

Contribute to multi-agency meetings, planning forums, and case reviews.

Support the Team Manager in tracking performance and ensuring statutory compliance.

Audit case files, analyse outcomes, and identify areas for continuous service improvement.

Act as a role model, upholding the Trust’s values and child-centred approach.

Mentor and support newly qualified practitioners as part of their professional development.
