A community-based service provider in Birmingham is seeking an individual to deliver support to people with convictions, focusing on improving personal wellbeing and family relationships. The role involves one-to-one support, facilitating group workshops, and working collaboratively with professionals to achieve service targets. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of the criminal justice system, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a challenging environment.
