• Lead and mentor a tight-knit team of engineers with real ownership

$150 – 190 K based on experience

• Leading and mentoring a team of 5–7 engineers, including contractors
• Driving full‑stack development across backend and frontend systems
• Designing scalable services, APIs, and data models
• Shaping UI/UX implementations using a component‑driven design system
• Establishing engineering standards, patterns, and best practices
• Championing AI‑assisted development workflows across the team
• Collaborating cross‑functionally to plan roadmaps and delivery timelines

• Advanced full‑stack expertise with Python, NestJS, React, and MongoDB
• Experience designing Graph
  
  QL APIs and scalable architectures
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor)
• Strong technical judgment and architectural decision‑making skills
