I'm recruiting for a growing Birmingham-based tech company that builds open, scalable software used to power data-driven platforms in the sustainability and energy space. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to work on meaningful products, influence technical decisions, and be part of a team that genuinely values good engineering.

You’ll be joining a close-knit engineering team of around 12, with a strong senior presence and a collaborative, low-ego culture. Engineers here are trusted to make decisions, challenge ideas, and help shape both the product and the technical roadmap.

• Building and evolving large-scale web applications used by organizations across the UK
• Designing and delivering new platform features end-to-end
• Improving performance, scalability, and reliability of existing systems
