Transport Coordinator / Planner AM Shift
Location:
Coleshill, Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Working Hours:
Mon – Fri 6am – 4pm + 4/5 hours every other Sunday (Sunday's can be worked remotely once trained)
- Plan and monitor fleet movements for 20‑23 vehicles of varying sizes
- Liaise with drivers, customers & warehouse teams
- Ensure transport compliance and accurate paperwork
- Support continuous improvement and team performance
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to transportation
- Previous transport admin and planning experience
- Strong communication & organisational skills
- A can‑do attitude and attention to detail
