About the Role Pure Staff are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 Day Driver to join a well-established business within the manufacturing and distribution industry based in Birmingham. The successful Class 2 Day Driver will benefit from regular weekday work, optional weekend overtime and flexible start times wherever possible. Duties and Responsibilities Completing deliveries to commercial customers across the region and nationwide Carrying out between 1 and 4 drops per shift Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently Undertaking manual handling and handball duties when required Completing delivery documentation accurately using an electronic POD device Conducting daily vehicle checks and defect reporting Delivering excellent customer service at collection and delivery points Adhering to all driver hours, tachograph and road transport regulations Shift Pattern Monday to Friday ongoing work Optional Saturday and Sunday overtime available Typical start times between 05:00 and 08:00 Flexible start times available where operationally possible Shift durations between 8 and 12 hours Consistent long-term assignments available Requirements To be considered for this Class 2 Day Driver role, you must have:
Valid Class 2 (Category
