About Us

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Stockroom & Warehouse Operative to join our fast‑paced warehouse team based at our Birmingham City Centre location. This role is ideal for someone who has studied a relevant field (such as logistics, supply chain, business operations, or warehouse management) and is keen to gain hands‑on experience within a growing organisation.

You will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations while developing a strong understanding of stock control, inventory management, and order fulfilment within a high‑volume environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check stock levels daily and ensure accurate inventory records
  • Replenish stock from storage to active picking or display areas
  • Prepare collection orders accurately for customer or internal pickup
  • Receive, check, and organise incoming stock deliveries
  • Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged items
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient stockroom environment
  • Assist with stock counts and audits
  • Work closely with office staff to ensure product availability at all times
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or inventory role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident with stock checking and replenishment tasks
  • Basic digital skills for inventory systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and well‑organised
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
  • Performance‑based bonus (subject to director approval)
  • annual uniform allowance (formal attire required)
