Salary: £49,500
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days/nights

A well established manufacturer based in Leicester is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. You'll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance, working closely with production teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

• Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose faults and perform reactive maintenance quickly and effectively.
• Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance activities.
• Support continuous improvement and site development projects.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault finding skills.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, Degree)
• A proactive attitude and strong problem solving abilities.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a bonus.
