Restaurant Team Member

Tim Hortons, a leading Canadian quick‑service restaurant chain, is expanding across the UK and is looking for enthusiastic Restaurant Team Members to join our team on a permanent basis. You will provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring customers feel welcomed and enjoy our high‑quality food and coffee.

Salary: Hourly paid (in line with National Minimum Wage)
Job Type: Full‑time & Part‑time available.

Qualifications: Positive team player with previous customer‑service experience in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and flexibility required to work a variety of hours including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
  • Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to all customers.
  • Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult ones to a Manager.
  • Ensure food is prepared, stored, and all preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and audit standards.
  • Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process.
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart.
  • Follow critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Adhere to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and follow shift manager directions.
  • Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant so that actions contribute towards achieving them.
  • Maintain operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort, and convenience expectations, including restocking of workstations.
  • Report all work‑related near misses, injuries, and illnesses as soon as possible.
  • Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) when instructed.
