Sheltered Scheme Manager

Position: Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager
Location: Sawbridgeworth

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Sawbridgeworth area.

This role is 25 hours per week.

This will be delivered Monday to Friday

This is temp to perm to start ASAP

Pay - Between £18.11ph PAYE or £23.95ph UMB

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, and you will be responsible for assessing resident’s daily needs, Help with tenancies and rents and sign posting information. There will also be regular welfare checks, healthy and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.

Role

Summary:

* 25 hours per week (To be delivered between Monday to Friday)

* Working with older adults (Aged 55 +)

* Previous Sheltered Housing Experience is desirable.

Duties include:

* Welfare checks on residents.

* Health and safety checks

* Signposting

* Reporting any maintenance requirements.

MUST be a driver

Previous experience of running or being involved in a retirement scheme is ideal
