Working hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of residential properties.
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Liaising with tenants and landlords to address and resolve issues promptly.
• Managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring timely collection of rents and service charges.

• Proven experience in property management is preferred with a solid understanding of property law and regulations.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in property management software.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
• ATPI professional qualification preferred.
